Project Profile:

Preserving and expanding affordable housing: In 2006, close to 50 single family homes were either under construction or completed by LISC-supported CDCs, doubling previous years' capacity. One CDC began development of Golfair Estates, the first Energy Star rated subdivision in Jacksonville. Energy efficient and "green" materials are now part of the pre-development planning for LISC-supported projects.
