Programs
LISC provides early–stage financing for Housing and Economic Development projects -- financing generally unavailable from conventional capital sources. Often times, LISC funds are the very first investment in a blighted area. LISC's other programs include the Great Indy Neighborhoods Program, Centers for Working Families, Charter Schools and the NFL Grassroots program. By committing funds early and by helping to leverage additional resources, LISC has helped CDCs throughout Indianapolis transform their communities.
