We bridged the gap between low to moderate senior and market rate

housing complex known as Woodlands at Citadel. In addition, 70%
of CDC-KC's operational funds are generated from its own developments
and projects. |

corner of 63 rd & Prospect by purchasing all real estate between
63rd to 62nd Street -- Prospect to Brooklyn, continue to pursue
the redirection of the Metro Shopping Center, continue our efforts
to reposition the two shopping centers at Linwood & Prospect,
