Completion of Phase I of the 118 home, $25 Million Mission Cliffs residential community in Rosedale.

Priorities for 2008-2009

Begin construction of Phase II in Mission Cliffs (32 homes), complete the first phase of 27 townhomes in Strawberry Hill, launch construction of the 100,000 SF commercial/retail project in downtown KCK.

Programs, Products, Services

Housing and Commercial Development - new and rehab single-family homes, multi-family townhomes and lofts; commercial and retail development; management of tax increment finance districts; engineering, design and master development services.

Community services - coalition building, strategic planning, leadership development, home improvement loans and grants.
