  • Development Opportunities in Urban Neighborhoods: Experienced non-profit developers share their insights and discuss opportunities to invest and build in targeted urban neighborhoods where people want to live and work.  Private developers will specifically want to learn about how to utilize non-profit developers as partners as they explore opportunities to be successful in urban neighborhoods.
  • Selling REO’s and Foreclosures: In this current market of tight financing and foreclosures, professionals need to be prepared to reposition their businesses.  Learn how to sell “troubled” properties and guide buyers through the confusing process of purchasing Bank REO’s, HUD homes and more.
