| Priorities for 2006-2007 | Construct 2 new infill houses in targeted neighborhoods; complete 180 home repairs through the SMART (Sustainable Maintenance and Renewal Today) program); complete construction and fully lease the Chaumiere Place senior apartment village on the site of the former Eastwood School; continue a multi-faceted fundraising program to reduce NNI's dependency on government grants; launch a comprehensive community development program emphasizing organizing and leadership development. |
