We are proud of our work, in partnership with City Vision Ministries, to bring the first new Rosedale housing development in 30 years to reality.  This 10 year project has spawned new market rate housing development by a number of for profit developers, raised area property values and made Rosedale one of the highest performing residential areas in Wyandotte County in 2007. 

RDA is involved in nearly every aspect of community building- advocacy, land use planning, youth development, crime reduction, physical improvements and community connections.  Our current priorities are: developing a self sustaining business group to address common concerns, promoting Rosedale to strengthen our image and name recognition, creation of a new sustainable mixed use community at 39th and Rainbow that has a strong sense of place.
