| Connected Communities Connected Communities grants are available to participating NeighborhoodsNOW Lead Agencies and provide training and technical assistance for community development professionals and neighborhood leadership. Funds are available for neighborhood trend analysis and land use planning. Efforts in community organizing and community safety will be supported as well as other programs to enhance residents’ social and community connections. Limited funding will assist lower performing or emergent CDCs and CDCs that work in disinvested neighborhoods. |
