Did you know that LISC is investing in solutions to combat homelessness? Did you know that LISC is actively pursuing green development opportunities? LISC provides much more than housing assistance; today, LISC is supporting communities in new and varied ways. In 2008, LISC is creating and sharing postcards that demonstrate the depth and breadth of its efforts and showcase its groundbreaking local work.
Investing in Sustainable Communities
In 2006 and 2007, LISC created a monthly postcard series profiling the many revitalization projects that LISC program offices helped to make happen around the country. Each card below focuses on a particular project and highlights the regional LISC investment, CDC sponsor, other investors and funders, and provide details about the development including project scale, cost and other neighborhood activity.
